Eligible salaried members are enrolled in the Alberta Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) a defined benefit pension plan. Both the employee and Banff Centre contribute to the plan. Contributions are based on a percentage of the employee’s salary. At retirement, the plan provides a guaranteed monthly income based on the employee’s length of service and highest five year average salary.
