The collective agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities at work. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
We expect to have new printed CA in the fall, In the mean time please continue to use the CA 2019-2022 and the ratified contract proposal document below.
Bylaws
Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run.
Benefits
The collective agreement offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time salaried employees and hourly employees who have accrued 2,000 hours of employment. The health plan covers the following:
- life insurance
- accidental death and dismemberment
- long term disability
- extended health care
- dental care
- out-of-country coverage
- prescription drug coverage

Pensions
Eligible salaried members are enrolled in the Alberta Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) a defined benefit pension plan. Both the employee and Banff Centre contribute to the plan. Contributions are based on a percentage of the employee's salary. At retirement, the plan provides a guaranteed monthly income based on the employee's length of service and highest five year average salary.
