Tentative Agreement Ratification: Information Sessions and Voting Details
Your Bargaining Committee has reached a tentative agreement with Banff Centre and recommends that members accept it.
Members are encouraged to review the tentative agreement, attend an information session, ask questions, and vote on whether to ratify it. The tentative agreement and supporting materials will be available beginning Monday, October 26, 2026.
Information Sessions and Q&A
Drop-in, in-person information sessions will be held on Monday, October 26, in Max Bell 159, from:
- 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
- 2:00–4:00 PM
- 5:00–7:00 PM
Members may also visit the CUPE office for drop-in questions:
- Tuesday, October 27, from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 28, from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Location: Lloyd Hall, Room 609
An online information session will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, October 27, from 5:00–7:00 PM.

Ratification Vote
Electronic ballots will be sent through Election Runner at 8:00 AM MDT on Wednesday, October 28. Voting will close at 8:00 PM MDT on Friday, October 30.
Ballots will be sent to the personal email address each member has provided to the Local. The full tentative agreement will also be included with the ballot.
