CUPE Local 4318 members have voted to accept and ratify the 2026–2029 Tentative Agreement with Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity.
Ratification Results
- Yes: 227 votes — 90%
- No: 25 votes — 10%
Participation: 252 of 416 eligible voters cast a ballot, representing 61% participation.
Thank you to every member who reviewed the tentative agreement, attended an information session, asked questions, and participated in the vote. We also thank our Shop Stewards and members who helped ensure that their co-workers received the information and opportunity needed to participate.

Next Steps
The Local will now work with Banff Centre and CUPE National to complete the remaining steps required to finalize the new Collective Agreement.
